I've recently taken up yoga. As a former athlete, I've always gravitated to more intense forms of exercise. If the music is pounding and the instructor is yelling, I feel at home.
But, in an effort to mix it up a little bit, I've started practicing yoga. And it's teaching me a lot about being a mom. Practice, Grace, Breath, Hold, Flow, Presence. Each makes me think of their motherhood counterpart.
Here's to finding strength.....in our bodies and our hearts.
