As I was trying to relax more this summer in my parenting, it got me to thinking about how supportive, wise, and LOVED grandparents are. I think it's because they don't major on the minors. They have perspective that I'm lacking and so they more easily love, encourage, and celebrate while I'm over in the corner wringing my hands.
